Coral Cay Resort is a brand new gated townhouse community perched on a small lake at the junction of Old Vineland Rd and Princess Way in Kissimmee. The resort is just 6 miles from the Disney Park. Each townhouse includes a luxurious furniture package, a screened-in patio with hot tub and other amenities you would expect from a high rated resort.

Coral Cay townhomes are all fully equipped with all the conveniences and privately owned. All of the townhouses have been professionally decorated in a style that will please the entire family visiting the area on vacation.

The Coral Cay resort boasts its own state-of-the-art, amenity building that houses a movie theater, game room, business center and children's computer center. There are also a couple children's playgrounds, a fitness trail with 6 workout stations along the way and a volleyball court.

3 Bedroom Townhouse - Two queen beds, and two twin beds in three bedrooms. Master bedroom is located on the main level. Balcony, 2 bathrooms, separate sitting area, desk, and sofa bed. Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishes and cookware. Other amenities include game room with foosball table, 27" TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 game console. No charge for high-speed Internet access.  

4 Bedroom Condo - Two queen beds, and two sets of twin beds in four bedrooms. Master bedroom is located on the main level. Balcony, 3.5 bathrooms, separate sitting area, desk, and sofa bed. Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishes and cookware. Other amenities include game room with foosball table, 27" TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 game console. No charge for high-speed Internet access.

Room Taxes All rooms are subject to a 13% government imposed room tax.
Minimum Stay Minimum Stay requirement is 3 nights.
Cleaning Fee For stays of 5 nights or less, there is an $85 cleaning fee.
Deposit A $150 refundable deposit is required upon check-in. Cash or credit card accepted.
